CSR and Lean (2 days) Corporate Social Responsibility
This training covers the key concepts of CSR/RSO and Lean Management and how they are related to each other, familiarization with the basic Lean tool, the visual dashboard, for performance management, and the sharing of best practices for success.
Goals
- The CSR and Lean concepts;
- Environmental and social challenges which represent a strategic issue for companies;
- The relationship between Lean and CSR / RSO and their application;
- The non-negotiable key principles of Lean and the associated behaviors;
- To become familiar with the Visual Management Center;
- The various Key Performance Indicators;
- Experiences and lessons learned.
Audience
This training is for anyone who wants to know more about continuous improvement and who wants to understand it by doing. For anyone who wants to understand the foundation of sustainable development and CSR in connection with the process and the culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Have a passion for continuous improvement;
- No requirement or certification are necessary.
