Change management (2 days)

Corporate culture plays a central role in the sustainability of the company, the transmission of its values and the management of change. This training on change management allows the trainee to master the different strategies applied to change management based on the rigor of a systemic approach and the flexibility of a mobilizing leadership.

Goals

  • To understand why change is perceived as a threat and not an opportunity;
  • To discover how to convert the obstacles to change into levers of transformation;
  • To know the roles of the HR department and the company’s management system;
  • To discover how to initiate and maintain a successful change project;
  • To know the change strategies to deploy to increase the probability of success.

Audience

Business Unit or activity responsibles, project managers, consultants and all those involved in change management process.

All those who want to know more about change management and who want to understand by doing.

Requirements

  • Experience in management is desirable;
  • No requirement or certification is necessary
