Lean Maintenance Management (LMM)
This training aims to apply Lean principles and objectives to asset management. It provides perfect value to the customer through zero waste processes. It results in improved productivity and reduced costs, while relying strongly on Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) to be effective.
Goals
- Achieving high levels of productivity;
- To engage employees in continuous improvement;
- To conduct real-life case studies and global benchmarking;
- To focus on the strategies and tools needed to effectively manage assets;
- To improve overall efficiency of the device;
- To acquire knowledge on faults elimination and equipment reliability;
- To optimize the organization’s return on investment.
Audience
Production Managers and supervisors, maintenance and operations planners and supervisors, engineers and reliability specialists, purchasing and supply chain professionals, management advisers.
Requirements
- Written project charter with a clear requirement of improvement of the maintenance or the asset management reviewed by the instructor before the 1st week;
- Reading of the material is recommended before each session.
