Lean Six-Sigma Black Belt (WEB version)
This training program helps the development of Black Belt facilitator as an essential element for organizations aiming for operational excellence by teaching the Lean approach, culture and philosophy with the scientific DMAIC approach in Six Sigma project management type as well as an important advance in statistics.
Goals
- To be able to independently execute an optimization project of a Black Belt scope and complexity;
- To be able to influence, convince and align the various stakeholders towards a culture of excellence;
- To assume the role of Lean expert in the organization;
- To lead the continuous improvement / Lean program function;
- To define and apply an advanced and highly complex Six Sigma problem solving approach;
- To develop the ability as a BB facilitator and trainer.
Audience
People involved in the deployment of quality management or continuous improvement. To Lean Six Sigma green belts who wish to further develop their knowledge and skills in process improvement.
Requirements
- Have successfully completed the Green Belt training;
- Have an approved study project (written mandate) and reviewed by ACPE;
- Preparatory readings of the modules are a mandatory before the training;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel;
- Good understanding of English;
- Minitab software.
