Project management with the Lean approach (2 days)
This training consists of associating the Lean methodology to the stages of realization of a project. The project benefits from the flexibility and efficiency of this method. The processes and the people involved become more and more efficient as the project progresses. This work method eliminates everything that can make the project team less efficient by reducing costs, delays and nuisances that affect the moral and motivation of the project team members.

Anyone interested in the new practices of continuous improvement and Lean methodology. Managers who interact with project management, especially functional managers, project steering committee members, management committee members, etc.
Requirements
- No requirement or certification related to Lean are necessary;
- Have a passion for all things related to continuous improvement and project management;
- Have a connection with port management and planning or a knowledge about it.
