LEANdership
Executive promoter / Yellow Belt for leader
This training program aims to make leaders aware of the importance of their role in a continuous improvement process, regardless of the type of organization (manufacturing, transactional, service, NPO).
Goals
- To discover the foundations of Lean, its guiding principles and its non-negotiable;
- To understand the concepts of added value / non-added value and the elimination of waste;
- To discover the basic tools of the continuous improvement approach that the leader must know;
- To discover behavior changes towards a Lean culture;
- To discover how to identify, to select and to prioritize improvement initiatives;
- To discover the importance of the phases of the Lean Six Sigma methodology (DMAIC) .
Audience
For leaders who have an impact in their organizations and wish to have a better knowledge of continuous improvement or for leaders who have started a continuous improvement process (CEOs, VPs, directors, superintendents …)
Requirements
- Have a passion for continuous improvement;
- Preparatory reading is a mandatory before each module.

Structure
- 2 sessions of 8 hours;
- Participants will have to present some tools based on real cases in their organization;
- Discussions of specific cases from learners;
- Visit a site or department to do a walk-through (if possible).
