It’s with real pleasure that we share with you a group photo taken at the end of the training and coaching intervention with our client IOTRON Industries Canada./USA, a company operating electron beam sterilization centers in Canada and the United States. Our advisers Dennis LaHue and Luc Pouliot worked with the Iotron team to launch their transformation into continuous improvement program. They covered the following:
- Lean Assessment;
- Yellow belt training in Lean management; and
- Lean Deployment Roadmap.
